Pure Excellence
I wanted to share excellence with you. Many of you know Koco Garcia, but few of you really KNOW her.
Everything you see, everything she puts out...that's really her. She really works 18 hours a day. She really does those structured walks you see MULTIPLE times a day. She really cries about dogs. She really puts her whole heart into it, mistakes and all. Victories and all. She gives of herself ENDLESSLY. Supports her friends, encourages, gives thoughtful suggestions, ask questions, and is always respectful and classy, reminding me that the only explaining I need to do is to the clients. That's the focus: The vision...not the distractions. I have learned so much about what is important to me because she takes the time to help me. For nothing in return. That's who you're getting with Koco, to be clear.
This day in age, it's easy to follow sensationalism. It's easy to jump on bandwagons. It's easy to do cancel culture. We're just one click away, right?
So I wanna do what's not easy. I want to start posting about trainers and who they really are. The care, the time, the effort, the growth...what their clients say and how their progress is coming along.
I would like to highlight trainers that learned by doing it. Learned thru years of humility and effort. Because at the end of the day, that's what we're all trying to do, clients and trainers...learn. We are the same as you; we're just further along in our practice and knowledge....And we best teach what we most need to learn.
Let's all say a big thank you to @handoverrover
for providing a wonderful example. She influences me in ways that I can't even explain and I am a far better person than I was before she found me. I think we're all better because of her.
P.S. This is going to embarrass the sh*t out of her and I love it. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😘
